What we collect, and what we don't
Last updated June 10, 2026
The short version
Plyra is a product of Meridian Protocol, LLC and a pre-deal structuring tool. We collect the minimum needed to follow up with people who ask to talk to us and to improve the product. We do not sell data, we do not run third-party ad trackers, and there are no user accounts.
Pilot and walkthrough requests
When you ask for a walkthrough or pilot, we store what you enter (name, work email, who you originate for, and your note) so Brooke can follow up. It goes into our database and is used only for that conversation. Ask us at hello@plyra.io to see or delete what you sent.
Product feedback
The feedback widget stores your message and the page you were on, so we can act on it. No name or email is attached unless you include one.
The Analyst Workbench
The Workbench runs in your browser. Pool inputs and saved scenarios stay on your device (browser local storage); they are not sent to our servers. Two features do send data out:
- The streamed credit memo and the "validate a prospectus" panel send your inputs (and any prospectus text you paste) to the Anthropic API for processing. We do not store that text. Anthropic processes it under its own terms. Do not paste confidential documents.
- Anonymous usage events (which buttons were used, no personal data) are recorded so we can see which parts of the product help.
Analytics
We use first-party, cookieless event counting only. No third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking.
This is a testnet product
Plyra's onchain layer is deployed on the Avalanche Fuji testnet. Nothing here moves real capital, and the Workbench is an informational structuring tool, not investment advice.
